Climate and Culture Survey Results
The Lawson R-XIV School District conducts an annual climate and culture survey in October each calendar year.
This survey is designed to gather feedback from all key participants in the educational process, including parents and guardians, students, teachers, and staff. It provides a data-driven approach to understanding and improving the systems, structures, and practices within our school district.
The information collected through the survey is used in multiple ways to support continuous improvement, including:
Assessing the overall school environment
Identifying strengths and areas for growth related to school climate and culture
Gauging student perceptions of their learning environment
Understanding the perspectives of teachers and staff
Gaining insight into how parents and guardians view our schools
Evaluating safety and well-being, including concerns related to bullying, harassment, or other issues, to inform targeted interventions
Overall, the Climate and Culture Survey serves as a valuable tool for understanding the experiences and perceptions of our school community, guiding decision-making, and fostering a positive, safe, and productive learning environment for all.
