All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public except when the Board meets in executive session. Special meetings may be called as needed and may be called by the Board President or a quorum of the Board. Board members may participate electronically if they can hear and be heard throughout the discussion. Electronic participation will be documented in the meeting minutes in accordance with Missouri law.

The Board Secretary will publish an annual calendar of tentative Board meeting dates.

The regular meetings of the Lawson R-XIV School Board are held every 3rd Wednesday of each month starting at 6:00 pm.  Meetings are held at SW Elementary FEMA Commons.

The Board Secretary will also post all Board meetings as prescribed by law.
