It is a true privilege to serve as Superintendent of the Lawson R-XIV School District, where our tradition of excellence is matched only by our commitment to continuous growth and student success. I am proud to lead a team of passionate educators and support staff who work tirelessly to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Education has always been a driving force in my life. I believe it is the great equalizer—opening doors, leveling the playing field, and empowering students to achieve their fullest potential.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Northwest Missouri State University, a Master of Arts in School Leadership from Baker University, an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University, and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. These experiences have profoundly shaped my belief in creating student-centered, innovative, and welcoming learning environments that promote success for all learners.

In Lawson, our core beliefs guide everything we do:
