Board of Education Spotlights Wonderful Community Support
During the January Board of Education (BOE) meeting, the Lawson R-XIV Board proudly recognized the many community members who see the great value in supporting our students. Through generous, anonymous donations, these individuals have helped students in need by covering lunch and breakfast meal debt.
Most recently, a community member made a generous $2,000 donation to help reduce lunch debt for our most vulnerable students. In addition, several community members have made, and continue to make, monthly contributions to support students’ meal needs.
Community support is a treasured resource, and we deeply value all who choose to invest in our students, whether through monetary donations or by generously giving their time. If you are interested in volunteering or supporting our schools in any capacity, please reach out to any of our three school buildings. We would welcome you and the great support you provide.
