Board Spotlight: Three Competitions, Three First-Place Finishes!

At its October meeting, the Lawson R-XIV Board of Education proudly recognized the outstanding talent, dedication, and accomplishments of the Lawson High School Color Guard Team, which earned first place in all three fall competitions!

• Carrollton Band Day – 1st Place, Indoor Color Guard

• Odessa Band Day – 1st Place, Indoor Color Guard

• Cameron Band Day – 1st Place, Indoor Color Guard

These impressive results reflect countless hours of practice, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Our students continue to amaze us with their talent, energy, and pride in representing Lawson!

The Board also recognized Mrs. Koeberl for her exceptional leadership and dedication to creating opportunities for students to grow, build confidence, and excel.

Our Color Guard Team is truly one of Lawson High School's gems! We couldn't be prouder of these students and look forward to watching them shine as they prepare for Winter Guard season and state competition.
